Chase Law Limited trading as Chase Immigration is authorised and regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), the statutory body established under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 to regulate the provision of immigration advice and services in the United Kingdom.

Our registration can be verified at any time using the IAA Adviser Register at www.immigrationadviceauthority.gov.uk/adviser-register. Our IAA registration number and logo are displayed on our website, letterheads and email correspondence in accordance with Code 6.1 of the IAA Code of Standards 2024.
2. Nature and Scope of Our Services
Chase Immigration provides immigration advice and services strictly within the scope of our IAA authorisation. Our advice is limited to immigration matters relating to:
- Applications for leave to enter or remain in the United Kingdom
- Self-sponsorship visas and Innovator Founder applications
- Business sponsorship licence applications
- Personal UK visa applications
- British nationality and citizenship applications
Important: Our advice does not extend to other areas of law, including but not limited to employment law, family law, criminal law, civil litigation or tax. If your matter requires legal advice outside of immigration law, we will refer you to an appropriately regulated professional.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
Immigration applications are decided solely by the Home Office / UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) or other relevant authorities. Chase Immigration does not guarantee the outcome of any application, appeal, administrative review or any other immigration matter. The following limitations expressly apply:
- We are not responsible for any decision made by the Home Office, UKVI, Immigration Tribunals, or any other Government authority.
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations or refusals of any immigration application at any point before, during or after our involvement.
- Changes to UK immigration law, the Immigration Rules, Home Office guidance or policy may affect the outcome of any matter at any stage. We are not liable for any such changes.
- Any assessment of eligibility or prospects of success we provide is an opinion based on the information available at the time and should not be construed as a guarantee.
In accordance with Code 6.5 of the IAA Code of Standards 2024, we will not make promotional statements about success rates. Our case assessments are based on our professional judgement and current immigration law.
4. Accuracy of Information Provided by Clients
The quality and accuracy of any advice we provide is dependent upon the completeness and accuracy of information supplied to us. You are responsible for ensuring that:
- All information and documents provided to Chase Immigration and/or submitted to the Home Office are truthful, accurate and complete.
- You disclose your full immigration history, including any previous refusals, overstays, criminal convictions or civil proceedings.
Where we discover that false, misleading or incomplete information has been provided, we reserve the right to terminate the client relationship immediately and without liability. We are required under the IAA Code of Standards to act in accordance with UK law and not knowingly allow any authority to be misled (Principle 1, Code 1.2).
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential in accordance with Principle 4 (Code 4.5) of the IAA Code of Standards 2024. We will not disclose your personal information to any third party except:
- Where required or permitted by law;
- Where disclosure is necessary for the conduct of your matter (e.g. submission to the Home Office or a Tribunal);
- Where you have provided your prior explicit written consent; or
- Where required by our regulatory obligations to the IAA.
Information processed in connection with our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chase Immigration’s liability in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with the provision of our services is limited as follows:
- We maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) as required by all IAA-regulated organisations. In the event that a court or tribunal awards compensation or damages arising from incorrect advice or services, our PII policy provides cover.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of opportunity, howsoever arising.
- Nothing in this disclaimer limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
If you consider that we have provided services that fall below the expected standard, you should raise a complaint using our complaints procedure (see Section 9 below).
8. Legal Aid and Free Legal Advice
In accordance with Code 2.8 of the IAA Code of Standards 2024, we are required to inform you that Legal Aid may be available for certain immigration matters, including asylum and some immigration appeals. Legal Aid is administered by the Legal Aid Agency.

9. Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing a high standard of service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to raise the matter with us in the first instance. In accordance with Code 3.5 of the IAA Code of Standards 2024, we maintain a written complaints procedure.

Please include your name, matter reference, a description of your concern and the outcome you are seeking. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and endeavour to provide a full written response within 28 days.
Escalation to the IAA
If you remain dissatisfied following our internal complaints process, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Immigration Advice Authority. The IAA investigates complaints about the conduct of regulated immigration advisers.

Please note that the IAA does not award compensation but can take regulatory action against advisers found to have breached the Code of Standards.
10. Our Commitment Against Touting
In compliance with Code 6.3 of the IAA Code of Standards 2024, Chase Immigration does not engage in touting for business, whether directly or through third-party intermediaries. We do not pay referral fees to third parties for introducing clients, and we do not accept inducements for referring clients elsewhere (Codes 2.5 and 2.6).
11. Governing Law
This disclaimer and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, save that clients based in Scotland or Northern Ireland may have access to the courts of their respective jurisdictions.
12. Changes to This Disclaimer
We reserve the right to update or amend this disclaimer at any time to reflect changes in law, regulation or our practice. The effective date shown at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. We recommend that you review this disclaimer periodically.
